Paul L. Annett

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in corporate management and consulting. Prior to starting inTransition LLC, Paul's corporate and consulting experience included roles as: president of a family-owned marketing services firm with the objectives of transitioning the business from first to second generation leadership; vice president of Administration for a privately held printing and services company that grew from $40 million to over $140 million; partner in a national accounting and consulting firm and founder of its management consulting practice; Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.

Ken Ritterspach

Ken has a long history of leading companies through transitions, managing organizational change, and mentoring leadership teams. His experience includes both private and publicly traded companies in manufacturing, distribution, service, and public sector organizations. Ken works side by side with leaders and teams to analyze complex situations, develop and execute strategic plans, and gain buy-in for change. He has a strong history of facilitation and negotiations as a presenter and account manager for Franklin Covey and as a senior consultant with CMPartners, a consultancy based on the Harvard Negotiations Project in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Including both interim and incumbent positions, he has been the president or CEO of six companies, had senior level positions in three others, and owned his own business. Ken earned his BA at Yale and MBA (Finance) and PhD (Education) at Stanford.
